Great Mexican food, affordable too.

This is my first time eating there. The company I was with told me the food was good. I have nothing bad to say about it. The service was great. The atmosphere was great. The prices were reasonable. 4 people ate and we brought food home for less than $80. We got there just as Rush hour was starting. We were seated immediately. We got our food in a very reasonable amount of time. Everyone enjoyed everything that they had. I will have to give it a second and third try. I do not like to evaluate on the first try. as you can tell from some of my other reviews. I like being fair.. it was definitely a friend and family type environment. It is a bring your own. So make sure that you do so. I will be going there probably sometime before the end of next month. Keep your eye open for my next review..

The food Is authentic Mexican...the waitress is very friendly and helpful.

Nothing fancy but the best Mexican food around. Try the shrimp and scallop chimichanga. Delish!!

Update: Made the mistake of ordering there again. They need to learn how to pack their takeout containers. It's all over my car now.Ordered shrimp and chicken fajitas by the pound. Was overcharged. Food is good but they clam the menu online is outdated... Fix your damn menu! Prices have gone up. Poor value.

Jose has always been an old favorite, a staple that I keep going back to because it's been so consistent. However the last two time's I've been there, I feel like they've microwaved the beans. Now I'm not sure that's true, but they sure looked like they were, and tasted dried out like they were. And why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

This was the best chicken burrito I've ever had. The food was delicious, the staff friendly, and the place clean. Great place for Mexican food. Don't be afraid to ask to spice it up because it doesn't come too spicy.

Good Mexican food small place watch the tricky curb pulling into the parking lot. Staff is very friendly and your food comes fast. Prices are very good also.

Worst Mexican takeout I have ever had. Ordered on DoorDash, took an hour, the tacos were tasteless, no utensils or napkins, the chips were stale. Pictured is how messy one of my containers came. I only picked up my tacos out of this.

For the area, it may be the best choice for Mexican food. However, the food isn't great.We had tacos, huaraches, and horchata. The tacos were pretty bare, and the pork dry. The Huaraches were over the top, with thick, heavy cheese, unlike traditional Huaraches. The horchata was enjoyable and flavorful, though, quite thick. Like drinking a glass of whole milk.The staff is super nice and accommodating, the place is cozy and family friendly. However, we'll skip this place next time we're in town.

Joses is hands down the best Mexican restaurant on the Jersey Shore! I highly recommend the steak ranchero! Great food, great service!

This inexpensive restaurant is my favorite Mexican restaurant. Outstanding, brilliant, perfect cooking. Every dish is just perfect -- perfectly cooked, flavored, and with outstanding ingredients.

We went there after a trip to the beach the staff was kind and courteous and the food was delicious. Loved it .
